This KPC type transfer cart is powered by slide wire, can running on steel tracks or steel squre bars for parts handling.It is commonly applied in all kind of plant, shipbuilding, processing line, aluminum factory, plastic pipes factory, etc, to transfer material or equipment from producing line to store or from one workshop to another workshop.
This KPC transfer cart structure is made up of car frame system, transmission device (driving wheel set, motor, reducer, coupling), driven wheel set, busbar device, electrical control components, operation devices and sound & light alarm device and so on.
The power supply of this KPC transfer cart is safe sliding wire. Its working principle is that the safe sliding wire (busbar) is set in a channel ditched beside the rail, and also can be set on the ground along the wall,then the transfer cart through a special device gets power from basbar.

The electric remote control rail transfer car is mainly applied in assembly line, production line, metallurgy industry, steel plant,warehouse transport,ship maintenance, container transport, work piece transport in workshop, lathe transport,construction, bridge, simple building, concrete column building, petroleum industry,energy,chemical industry,railway maintenance, etc.
