Material handling crane rope clamp fixing

Wire rope is an important force components on the Material handling crane, should pay attention to safety during operation. When installing, need to use a rope clamp to fix the rope end, should pay attention to the following points:
1. Wire rope clamp need have the factory certificate and quality certificate. Nut and bolt should be coated with lubricating oil;
2. The clamps specifications should be consistent with wire rope, rope clamp prohibit using on material handling crane which specifications do not meet the requirements;
3. Wire rope clamp should ensure tightening, should be flattened rope diameter of about one-third;
4. In the wire rope fixing process, ensure each two rope close together, otherwise it is not conducive to material handling crane safe using;
5. After wire rope fixing, need to test the wire rope force situation, ensure the wire rope clamp does not appear loose;
6. After testing the wire rope clamp fixed situation, re-tighten to ensure the wire rope clamp fixed.
