Gantry Crane Installation Suggestion

When delivery, the Double beam gantry crane machine will be divide into some piece for easy transportation, main beam, end beam, motor, wheels, electric hoist and electric accessory. Before installtation, please read the user manual carefully, and notice the following notes:
1. Main beam and end beam installation
Referring to assembly drawing (deliver with goods together), when the suspended overhead crane install onto the track, should ensure there is clearance 3~5mm at each side between wheel and I-beam, you can adjust the clearance by gasket.
2. Electric hoist installation
The electric hoist must be install onto the main beam beforehand and spanned on the track together with crane beam.
3. Electric device installation
We will send detail electric device assembly drawing, please must install all as the drawing.
4. Adjust electric motor
After all electric control circuitry switch on, please adjust two traveling motors to make them rotation in the same direction. And, must make sure the crane action direction is consistent with controller push-button.

5. Test running and check beake system
All traveling motors are conical rotor motors, when turning on the motor, motor shaft will do axial movement, ranging between 0.5mm - 2mm. With brake ring worn, the slippage will be larger, when it reaches to 3 - 4mm, should adjust it back to 0.5mm - 2mm. After three tims adjustment, should be replace brake ring.
