Work duty of material handling cranes

Material handling crane is a common name for lifting machinery, the working level is used to characterize the working characteristics of cranes. On the basis of the service life of cranes, cranes with different loads and different operating frequencies, the working level of the material handling crane is divided into eight levels from A1 to A8.
A1~A4 are light duty, including installation cranes and electric cranes for production that are not often used or used less than 50% rated capacity.
A4~A5 is an intermediate level, including material handling cranes for workshops of machining, assembly, casting, cleaning, etc.
A6~A7 are heavy duty, including metallurgical cranes and intermittent grab cranes.
A8 is a special heavy duty, including continuous working and often full load material handling cranes.
Dividing the material handling cranes into different levels is conducive to providing a common industry technical standard for the design and manufacture of cranes and user purchases, can improving the safety factor according to specific use conditions.
