Material lifting crane wire rope safety technical regulation

The wire rope safety techniques is different by different material lifting cranes. Taking the crane of construction as an example, the safety technology of the wire rope should comply with the technical specifications of JGJ276-2012.
1. The lifting wire rope can be used with 6*19 type, in order to improve the safety factor, 6*37 steel wire rope is often used to make the ring sling. The length and diameter of the wire rope should be determined by the weight and dimension to be lifted, lifting tools and lifting methods, can use single, double and multiple roots as required.
2. The length of the sling's braided joint should not be less than 20 times the diameter of wire rope. The 8-strand sling can be fitted with snap rings and hooks at both ends as needed.
3. When using the lifting ring to lift heavy object, the safety factor of the wire rope should not be lower than 6; when the lifting weight is large or lift the precision instrument, the safety factor of the wire rope should reach 10.
