1. The motor cannot lift heavy objects after starting.
Reason: Exceeding the rated load, the voltage is lower than the rated working voltage, the motor lock, etc.
2. The brake is not reliable
Reason: The brake ring has worn out, there is oil on the brake surface, the brake ring is not tightened, the spring is fatigued or the coupling is stuck.
3. The motor makes a click sound when operating.
Reason: The AC contactor connector is not in good contact or the power supply is low.
4. The motor temperature exceeds the normal working temperature
Reason: Overloading, frequent operation exceeds the working strength of the electric wire rope hoist, and the braking clearance is too small.
