Wire rope electric hoist use safety concerns:
1) Please read the use manual carefully before using;
2) Adjust the block of the upper and lower limits and then lift the object;
3) Please confirm whether the brake is reliable before using it;
4) If the wire rope is found any abnormalities, such as tortuosity, deformation, erosion, etc., the wire rope electric hoist should be replaced;
5) Please do not lift objects exceeding the rated load;
6) Please move the wire rope electric hoist to the right side of the object and then hoist it;
7) The height limiter cannot be used as a brake;
8) Always cut off the power before inspect and maintain;
9) Maintenance should be carried out under no-load conditions;
10) Before using, please confirm whether the wedge is firmly and securely installed.
