Wire Rope Electric hoist Use Requirements

(1) Before the start using the wire rope electric hoist, should be carefully checked the mechanical, electrical parts, wire rope, hanging clamp, limiter, etc. is intact and reliable.
(2) Must not lift overload. When lifting, the operator are not allowed to hold the rope and lifting object, during lifting, must avoid impact.
(3) When lifting the object, must comply with the safe operation and safety procedures. If the object need to bundle, should be firm, the sharp corners should be set to protect the pad.
(4) The trailing wire electrical switch must be good at Insulation. Correctly press the button, and pay attention to the standing location.
(5) Monorail wire rope electric hoist must slow down at or near the end of the track.
(6) If there is a control room of the wire rope electric hoist, must have personnel operating, strictly comply with the safe operating procedures.
