Safety instructions
A. Only the professionals are allowed to disassemble electrical appliances to prevent electric shock or misuse.
B. I need to maintain the Scissor Lift bottom, must lift or support the scissor lift platform, to prevent the scissor lift sudden decline, resulting in casualties.
C. Do not arbitrarily adjust the relief valve. Each element in the hydraulic system is operated at the specified pressure, arbitrary adjustment may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system, it will damage people, machines and surrounding things.
D. Hydraulic system of any part, must first pressure relief, in order to avoid pressure oil spray, worktable slides suddenly.
Monthly maintenance
A. Roller, middle shaft and bearings, cylinder pin and bearing, boom hinge shaft and bearing wear should have no wear.
B. All parts are filled with some lubricants to extend the bearing life.
C. When Scissor Lifts are all raised, in this position, the hydraulic oil surface should be higher than the bottom 40-50 mm. Hydraulic oil has darkened, sticky or gravel and other matter, should be replaced (32 # hydraulic oil)
Year maintenance
A. Check all hydraulic pipes and fittings. The pipe shall not be damaged and the joint shall not be loosened and all joints must be tightened.
B. Remove the descending valve, clean the plunger with compressed air, and re-install it.
C. Discharge the hydraulic oil away, take out the oil filter, clear it with water and compressed air, then re-install it to the tank and connect the tubing.
(Must replace the oil, otherwise the moving parts in the system will stepped-up wear.)
