1. Shorten the service life of the wheels
The wheels on the crane machines are quenched and the service life is generally more than 10 years. If rail gnawing, and do not remove in time, will reduce the life of the wheels to only one to two years.
2. Wear track
The rail gnawing will not only wear the wheels but also wear the track. If the track is worn out seriously, the running mechanism will be inconvenient to operate, only can replace new track.
3. Increase the running resistance
When the track is broken, the resistance of the crane and trolley may be about 1.5 times larger than the resistance under normal operation, so that the motor and the transmission are running at full load, which may burn the motor and break the bearing.
