Reason of wire rope electric hoist stopping

Wire rope electric hoist is the lifting mechanism of the crane, carrying the key work of lifting heavy objects, once the wire rope electric hoist has problems, the entire crane has to stop working, then, what are the reasons of the wire rope electric hoist stopping running?
1. Electric hoist power fuse is burnout.
Replace enough fuses.
2. The voltage of the power grid is too low, so the wire rope electric hoist cannot reach the operating speed.
Need to increase the grid voltage of the equipment.
3. Stator winding is short circuit, ground or open circuit.
Open the junction box and check.
4. Overloaded.
Remove the load, and test the wire rope electric hoist before starting again.
