Prevent the overhead bridge crane overload

In order to prevent overhead bridge crane overload, the following measures should be taken:
1. Correctly select safety factor, and strive to reduce the impact of static load and other loads on the overhead bridge crane. Such as, the bending load can be reduced by increasing the diameter of the pulley and drum; the dynamic load can be reduced by increasing the crane operator's operating level and improving the performance of the crane; the frictional resistance can be reduced by adjusting the shape of the pulley groove and adding lubricant, and so on.
2. Strictly comply with overhead bridge crane safe operating procedures, eliminate artificial overload.
3. Install load indicators or overload limiters or alarm on the overhead bridge crane to eliminate overloading.
