Mobile gantry crane support leg is tilted, so the installation is also tilted, have relatively high requirements on the hitch and the exact.
1. Use the truck crane to place the ground beam on gantry crane track baseline, adjust the distance, and tighten the beam trolley.
2. After lifting, make the support legs axis to meet the whole mobile gantry crane design requirements.
3. Adjust the relative position of the support legs, making the support legs and the lower beam neutrality and verticality meet the design.
4. Fasten support legs. After the support legs and lower beams are installed, need to be stabilized by the hawsers or auxiliary supports.
