Mobile gantry crane main beam installation

1. According to the actual measurement, before install the main beam, set the two truck crane working radius, and lift the main beam move closer to the ground beam as much as possible.
2. The two truck crane must work under the command of the same person.
3. Check the tools, layout, connection, strapping and other tools;
4. Lifting the main beam from ground 1 ~ 2m, keep for more than 5 minutes to confirm no error, then the main beam can be docked on the support legs.
5. Install the connection bolts and fixed.
6. Then inspect and measure the installation accuracy, adjust all the parts to meet the design requirements.
7. Remove the support leg stabilizer.
