Maintenance and protection of overhead bridge cranes

1. Regularly check the brake of the overhead bridge crane and adjust the brake wheel, the gap should be between 0.5 mm and 0.1 mm, and no debris on the friction interface. If there is, should clean with thinner material or gas.
2. Guarantee the lubrication of accelerators, gearboxes and external gear teeth, and strictly follow the lubrication requirements.
3. Overhead bridge crane wire rope should follow the relevant rules to check, if found wear, broken wire, should be repaired or replaced.
4. Keep the track clean, no dirt, gravel and other debris.
5. Always check whether the connecting bolts between the various components are firm or not. If loose, tighten them in time.
