Insulated overhead crane and explosion-proof overhead crane

Insulated overhead cranes and explosion-proof overhead cranes are special cranes that require higher performance than ordinary electric overhead cranes. The insulated overhead crane is mainly used for lifting molten metal in a non-ferrous metal electrolysis workshop, and the explosion-proof overhead crane is a specific overhead crane used in workshop which has inflammable and explosive medium, such as an explosive gas.
On the insulated overhead crane, three insulations are provided, that is, between the hook and pulley, between the hoisting mechanism and trolley, and between the small frame and trolley, insulation is performed by using an insulating material such as a thermosetting resin.
Explosion-proof overhead cranes can be divided into five level of T1~T5 according to different explosion-proof performance, according to the explosion-proof form, it can also be divided into explosion-proof type and increased safety type.
