If electric hoist does not work properly

The electric hoist is a common small lifting device that can be used alone or combine with a bridge crane or gantry crane. If the electric hoist is not normal after the start switch, the main reason is there is something wrong with the rated voltage connection, so it cannot work normally. There are three main reasons for this problem:
1. The power supply system does not provide a rated voltage.
This requires a test with a test pencil to determine.
2. The main and control circuit of electric hoist is damaged or the contact is poor, so that the electric hoist motor cannot be energized, so it cannot work normally.
This requires to check the main and control loops.
3. The voltage of electric hoist motor is lower than the rated voltage by more than 10% so the torque generated by the motor is too small, so that the electric hoist cannot lift the cargo.
Should use a voltmeter to test the input voltage of the motor, if the voltage is found to be lower than the normal value, the power supply system should be repaired and the electric hoist only can be used until the voltage reaches the rated voltage.
