After the installation, overhaul, and renovation of electric bridge crane, it is necessary to carry out tests such as static and dynamic load tests, and can only be put into use after the the test results meet relevant safety technical requirements.
When electric bridge crane static load testing, should first lifts the weight of 1.5 times rated weight, and then lifts it to a height of 100~200mm from the ground, adds the lifting weight until it reaches the 1.25 times rated lifting weight, suspense in air for 10 minutes, then unload and check the condition of electric bridge crane. Repeat 3 times, check whether the electric bridge crane is permanently deformed.
The main data are as follows: the camber of the main beam is not less than 0.7s/1000, and the camber of end beam is not less than 0.7L/350. The whole machine has no crack, and the joint portion is not loose.
