Electric hoist can not work

Electric hoist is a common small lifting equipment, can be used alone, can also be installed in overhead bridge crane, gantry crane. After press the electric hoist start switch, it may not work normal or can not start, the main reason is the electric hoist rated voltage connection is not normal, leading to this problem there are three main reasons:
1. The power supply system does not provide the rated voltage, testing with the electroprobe can be determined.
2. The electric hoist main circuit and control circuit ware damaged or poor contact, make the electric motor can not be energized, can not work properly. Need to overhaul the main circuit and control circuit.
3. Electric hoist motor voltage is lower than the rated voltage of 10% or more, then the motor torque will be too little, making the electric hoist can not lift goods. Use the voltmeter to test the the motor terminal input voltage. If the voltage is lower than the normal value, repair the power supply system and wait until the voltage reaches the rated voltage, then using the electric hoist.
