Daily maintenance of mobile gantry crane

The mobile gantry crane needs regular maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting to ensure safe operation, the daily maintenance is carried out according to the principle of “inspection, adjustment, cleaning, fastening, lubrication and replenishment”. The maintenance work can be divided into the following aspects:
1. The mechanical mechanism
Check that the running conditions of each organization are normal and there is no abnormal noise during operation. Check whether the brakes are safe, reliable, check the tightening degree of the bolts, check the condition of the wire ropes and welds, and add grease and lubricating oil.
2. Hydraulic mechanism
Add and replace hydraulic oil in time, check the use condition of oil pipes, safety valves, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic cylinders. If problems are found, must be disposed of in time.
3. Electrical system
Check the mobile gantry crane wire and cable surface for wear and tear, check if the safety switch is sensitive and reliable, and check if the grounding protection is in place.
4. Lubrication
Frequently check the operating parts and other parts, regularly add or replace the same type of lubrication, and if find the dirt, should be cleaned before applying new lubricant.
