Grab Bucket Overhead Crane Control System

Normally the Grab bucket overhead crane is double girder overhead crane, consist of crane beam, grab bucket, crane traveling mechanism, trolley travelling mechanism, lifting mechanism and so on.
The main tasks of the grab are filling bulk material to transport and stack the bulk material. The control system adopt in the center of the industrial computer added PLC and fieldbus added the main checking parts of encoder and frequency inverter.
Detecting the position of the crane by the encoder installed on the motor shaft on the crane travelling driven motor, searching by the PLC and send the information to industrial computer by the fieldbus. Then the computer output the signal to frequency inverter to drive the crane and the grab to the position we need.
