When operating the wire rope electric hoists, need to pay attention to the following matters:
1. The wire rope electric hoists operator must undergo safety technical training, and after passing the assessment and obtaining the operation qualification;
2. Check whether the hook, wire rope and reducer are safe and reliable before operation;
3. At the site where the wire rope electric hoist is used, it is forbidden the unrelated personnel to enter the working range;
4. When lifting the goods, you need to ensure that the binding is firm;
5. When the brake and installation device of wire rope electric hoist are out of order, prohibited operating;
6. At the scene of the operation, if the light is insufficient and the hanging object and the weight drop position cannot be seen, the operation cannot be performed;
7. When the machine is parked or rested for a long time, the spreader needs to be lifted to a certain position in midair;
8. When unloading heavy objects, do not allow heavy objects to fall freely;
9. It is forbidden to use the height limiter instead of the stop switch to stop the operation;
10. When the wire rope electric hoist is working, it cannot be inspected or repaired. It is forbidden to adjust the hoisting mechanism under load conditions.
