Wire rope electric hoist factory inspection

Wire rope electric hoist need to be checked in the factory, the inspection includes:
1. Check the wire rope electric hoist power supply, model, specifications meet the contract technical specifications,
2. Check to ensure the wire rope electric hoist grounding mark is clear, the grounding screw must fasten, check the grounding resistance, the resistance value is in the range of 0 ~ 0.1Ω;
3. Detect the wire rope electric hoist insulation part with ohmmeter;
4. Check if the method of winding wire rope meet the requirements of the product description, check to ensure the rope end is reliable;
5. Check the reducer oil level is appropriate, the sealing is good, and there is no oil leakage;
6. Check the paint situation, the paint color should be uniform, there is no leakage paint phenomenon;
7. According to product drawings, check the wiring of wire rope electric hoist to ensure that the electrical system is installed correctly;
8. If the wire rope electric hoist install motor temperature monitoring system, should check to ensure the thermal control components are reliable.
