The overhauling of electric bridge cranes

In order to ensure the performance of the electric bridge crane and ensure safe operation, the electric bridge crane should be maintained regularly. According to the "Special Equipment Safety Testing Regulations", the cleaning, adding lubricants and inspections should be carried out every 5 days, and should be recorded during the maintenance process.
1. Check whether there are any obstacles on the running track, make sure that the operating range and surrounding obstacles are kept at a distance of more than 100mm. Check the rail block ensure there is no deformation, loose bolts.
2. Check whether the lifting limiter is flexible and reliable, and ensure that the distance between the highest point of the hook mechanism and the reel is not less than 50mm when it is raised to the limit position.
3. Check whether the electric bridge crane wire rope is twisted, the tail end is fixed enough to be fastened, and the degree of wear has not reached the scrapping standard.
4. Check the main force-receiving mechanism such as hooks and bearings ensure no cracks and the bolts are not loose, the safety devices such as brakes are flexible, accurate and reliable.
