The wire rope electric hoist is a compact and easy to operate lifting equipment that can be installed on bridge cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes. It has a wide range of applications in factories, manufacturing workshops, material yards, etc., it should be pay attention to the following aspects during operation:
1. Check whether the electric parts, wire rope, hook and limiter of the wire rope electric hoist are safe and reliable before starting operation;
2. It is forbidden to lift heavy objects exceeding the rated load, and must not touch the wire rope during lifting;
3. Avoid collisions;
4. Ensure that the materials bundle is strong enough, if have sharp corners, should be covered with cloth;
5. The wire roep electric hoist should slow down when the track turns or almost reaches the end of the track;
6. Insulation should be guaranteed;
7. Pay attention to the position you are standing in during operation to avoid injury.
