Overhead eot crane daily maintenance

The overhead eot crane is an engineering machinery and equipment, and it is necessary to send someone to take care of the maintenance of the crane. During the regular crane maintenance work, there are:
1. Check the contacts of contactor and controller, ensure no corrosion is found;
2. Check the brake band wear level of overhead eot crane;
3. Check the wear of wire rope. When the reach scrapping standard, should replace the new wire rope;
4. Check the main force parts of metal members, ensure there is no plastic deformation or cracking;
5. There is no obvious wear on the lower chord guide of the trolley arm;
6. Check if the limit switch is sensitive, and check whether the shaft lubrication and waterproof measures are proper;
7. Check the lubricating oil of overhead eot crane reducer.
