Overhead crane inverter installation precautions

As the overhead crane inverter is a precision power electronic products, the site installation process will affects its normal work, the correct installation can ensure the inverter safe and trouble-free operation.
Overhead crane inverter installation environment requires higher. General overhead crane and inverter working temperature range is the -10 ℃ to +50 ℃; the installation altitude should be less than 1000m, if excess this requirement, should derating use.
Overhead crane inverter should not be installed where vibration often occurs, if large vibration impact, should apply anti-vibration measures, such as rubber pad; can not be installed near electromagnetic interference source; can not be installed in air pollution such as dust and corrosive gas; can not be installed in humid environment.
Should be used sealed cabinet structure, and ensure the inverter ventilation, ensure the control cabinet has sufficient cooling air flow.
