1. What can I do to get a proper Gantry Crane?
First, please let we know the following parameter: Lifting capacity, Span ( rail centre to centre ), The required lifting height ( from hook to the ground), Crane travelling length, Lifted material, Rail length and the height, Single or double speed for lifting and travelling, Control method, Working hours per day, Power source: 380V, 50Hz, 3phase or others?

2. What is the Gantry Crane Warranty?
a. One year warranty for whole machines from crane running
b. Providing free maintenance spare parts
c. Low charge for continue maintenance when warranty is expired
3. Do you have Gantry Crane English manual or other language?
With English version user's manual, parts manual, test certificates, class certificate and all other related documents, can find professional translator to make other language.
4. What should I do if there is trouble when install the Gantry Crane?
