The main beam
1. The European overhead crane main beam using square box-shaped H-beam design, compared with the traditional overhead crane, lighter dead weight;
2. The main beam weld are go through non-destructive testing;
3. Steel plates are the general steel material (Q235B), but also optional;
4. The vertical degree of depression is strictly according to Chinese national standards;
5. All steel are carried out shot blasting pretreatment, reach Sa2.5 standardization;
6. Carefully check and clean the plate before welding, usually welded by automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding);
End beam
1. The end beam is welded rectangular steel pipe or plate, forming by CNC machine to ensure dimensional accuracy;
2. Each end beam will be equipped with double rim wheels, shock absorbers and limiter protection device;
3. Double beam overhead crane layout maintenance platform along the main beam (maintenance walk);
4. The main beam and end beam are connected with high strength bolts to ensure smooth operation.
