EOT Crane Slide Wire Maintenance

The Slide Wire is power supply of overhead crane, EOT crane, in order to ensure the EOT Crane normal operation, extend its service life, should regularly maintain after the slide wire put into operation.
1. Electric Brush: should check every 1-3 months according to the mobile equipment use condition. Focus on the collector electric brush wear, if the wear is ≥ 5mm, must be replaced. If find the electric brush loose or wear, should identify the reasons for timely processing.
2. Collector: Check at least once a quarter. Focus on whether the fasteners is loose, displacement and plastic parts and activities is worn or not, check the spring tension, timely deal with the problem.
3. Connection: Check at least once a year. Focus on checking the fastening bolts, welds and support pieces, if there are loose, rust, shift, etc., timely repaire or replace.
4. Daily inspection: focus on check whether the straightness of the track has obvious deviation (greater than 20mm), dislocation, whether the insulation protection fall off, broke, the stainless steel "v" trough has tilt or not, the track has dust and other clutter or not. If necessary, should check whether the insulation resistance meet the requirements (insulation resistance should be ≥ 5MΩ).
